I’m deliberately leaving the measurements of this recipe blank, This is a meal I prep for myself as a quick 20-minute thing, or it’s something slightly more substantial but still light when my wife and I will eat with friends if we’re expecting to have snacks, desert and don’t want a heavy dinner.

The KFC twister is one of the best drive-through snacks, you can eat it with a single hand and it’s delicious, this was me trying to recreate some of the flavors there, but without deep frying(shallow fry is better right?). Often I’ll use frozen chicken strips from the freezer aisle because it’s hard to buy fresh meat for 1. I know I don’t have the 11 in this, you can add your own, or look them up.

  1. Slice up Tomato and shred lettuce

  2. Then slice the chicken breast into strips and set aside,

  3.  in a bowl mix the dry ingredients

  4. Throw in the chicken breast and toss to coat

  5. Over medium heat combine equal parts butter and oil until the pan is lightly coated.

  6. Place chicken breast gently in the pan leaving room to heat evenly, do this in batches if required

  7. Turn once after about 4-5 Minutes and brown the other side.

  8. Heat wraps or tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

  9. Into tortillas place the mayonnaise first,(and chutney if desired), then lettuce, tomato, and top with chicken.

  10. Wrap tightly and finish by toasting the tortilla if desired.
